Encompass is not the primary clinical service used by GPs. EpicCare link is available to GP for seeing hospital attendance and making referrals to other appropriate healthcare professionals. This will eventually replace the previously used NIECR.  GP Practices use their own separate clinical systems and do not use encompass to access results, letters issued by hospital.  These will be followed up by your attending clinicians and any letters issued to your GP by hospital for action will reach us in the usual way online through our separate clinical system.
