The Nurse Practitioner is able to diagnose and treat patients. If necessary, she will seek advice from a doctor. She also specialises in the screening of diseases such as Diabetes and Chronic Heart Disease. Eimear also runs a smoking cessation clinic if you need help to quit.
Maria can deal with all treatment room tasks including smears, bloods, dressing and ear syringing.
Ruth can deal with hypertension reviews, asthma and COPD reviews.
Perhaps you are over 45 and haven't had your blood pressure checked in over 5 years? Ruth is the ideal person to see for a general medical review and to discuss any blood pressure or cholesterol concerns.
